Kimberly is a 30-year veteran of the medical industry working as a Healthcare Insurance Financial Coordinator in pediatrics and with high-risk pregnancies. She has vast experience with both complex and time sensitive cases, showing empathy for the patients and their family members during one of the most challenging times of their life. She instituted a case management approach, guiding, negotiating, and advocating for patients with difficult insurance companies throughout the full plan of care and across multiple specialties.
